A block of rooms with a special rate has been set aside for conference delegates and exhibitors at the Sheraton Toronto Airport Hotel & Conference Centre for 3 days pre and post conference. Reservations can be made via the following link: Sheraton Toronto Airport Hotel & Conference Centre.

Please note:
- It is recommended that reservations be made directly with the Sheraton Toronto Airport Hotel & Conference Centre and NOT through a central reservation number.
- CUT-OFF DATE: It is also recommended that reservations be made no later than March 12, 2012. Reservations made up to, including and after this date will be provided on a space and rate availability basis.
- Reservations will automatically be billed for one night unless cancelled by 4:00 pm on the day of arrival.
- Be sure to state that you are with the Ontario Transportation Expo (OTE).
- ROOM RATE: $142.00 per night (+ taxes) single or double occupancy + $7.50 per night for parking.
- SMOKE FREE POLICY: The Hotel is a smoke free hotel in all areas including; all guest rooms, restaurants, lounges, meeting rooms and public space. To protect the smoke free environment, the Hotel will post a $200.00 cleaning fee (per incident) to the account of any guests who smoke in their guest room.
- CHECK IN/CHECK OUT TIMES: Check-in time is 3:00 pm. Every effort is made to accommodate guests arriving before the check-in time. However, rooms may not be immediately available. Check out time is 12:00 noon. Requests to retain rooms beyond 12:00 noon should be directed to the Manager on Duty. Should it be possible to extend a late check out, a late departure charge may be applicable. Any early departures that check out of the hotel before their scheduled departure date and after 12:00 noon, will be subject to an early departure fee equal to 100% of the guestroom rate.
