OTE exhibitors have two shipping options:
1) STRONCO, our official designated handler (see details and forms above, under Shipping)
2) Exhibitors have the option to ship directly to The International Centre. The package(s) must arrive on the move-in date, during moving-in hours only – no earlier or later.
OTE is not responsible for receiving nor managing any exhibitor shipments.
A vehicle schedule is available for all exhibitors who will be displaying one or more vehicles at their trade show booth.
Exhibitors must follow the move-in schedule. Adherence to the schedule is crucial to best facilitate a smooth move-in day for our exhibitors.

Should you be unable to attend, a full and prompt refund, less a $650 administration charge, will be made for cancellations received up to and including March 7, 2018. On or after March 8, no refunds will be available.

On-site materials handling. This service includes the availability of flat bed dollies, labour as required and a 5000 lb forklift. Please note you that forklifts may only be driven by licensed parties.

Two complimentary passes, per booth, for Networking Reception on Tuesday, April 16, 2019 at the Delta Hotels Toronto Airport & Conference Centre. To be used by two of the delegates from the booth registration.
