Purpose

A bus industry trade show that provides a very unique networking opportunity between buyers and sellers of the public transit, school bus, motor coach and specialized transportation industries.

How to Register as an Exhibitor

• Go to the OTE website at www.ote.ca
• From the home page, select "Trade Show Info / Registration".
• Then select "ON-LINE Exhibitor Registration Form".
• Complete and submit the information on the form as requested.
• Registration Dates:
  1. Members of OMCA, OPTA, OSBA only* - 9:00 am EST . Wed. Feb. 1, 2012
  2. Non-Members of OMCA, OPTA, OSBA* - 9:00 am EST . Wed. Feb. 8, 2012
  NOTE: Any registration forms received before 9:00 am EST on the applicable date will be allocated display space AFTER all other registrations received at the specified date and time.
• 5% discount if exhibit payment is received on or before March 2, 2012. All payments must be received by March 23, 2012 or it may nullify the opportunity to exhibit.
• Payment by Visa, MasterCard or AMX is preferred. Cheque-to-follow is also accepted. Make cheques payable and send to: Ontario School Bus Association, 1 Eva Road, Suite 304, Etobicoke, ON, M9C 4Z5. Attn: OTE
• Registration confirmations will be sent electronically to the email address listed on the registration form.
• Cancellations: Full refund if cancelled on or before March 23, 2012. No refunds after March 23, 2012.

Fees

Trade Show Admission Fees

• Free - For registered delegates of the Ontario Transportation Expo conference
• Free - (With guest pass) For current employees of bus operator companies (e.g. those companies who own/contract vehicles and employ bus drivers), tour operators, school board employees, industry related associations and government agencies who are not registered for the conference. This category is not for employees of supplier and/or manufacturer type companies such as insurance agencies, legal services, financial institutions, consultants, etc. and other companies who provide/sell/manufacture goods and/or services.
• $10 - (Without guest pass) For current employees of bus operator companies (e.g. those companies who own/contract vehicles and employ bus drivers) and same as above who are not registered for the conference. This category is not for employees of supplier and/or manufacturer type companies such as insurance agencies, legal services, financial institutions, consultants, etc. and other companies who provide/sell/manufacture goods and/or services.
• $400 - (Members of OMCA, OPTA, OSBA) For employees and contractors of supplier, manufacturer and other companies who are not registered for the conference and who do not have a booth at the trade show such as insurance agencies, legal services, financial institutions, consultants, etc.). NOTE: Trade Show guest passes are not valid for this category.
• $550 - (Non-members of OMCA, OPTA, OSBA) For employees and contractors of supplier, manufacturer and other companies who are not registered for the conference and who do not have a booth at the trade show such as insurance agencies, legal services, financial institutions, consultants, etc.). NOTE: Trade Show guest passes are not valid for this category.
