The Ontario Transportation Expo Conference and Trade Show is a joint event organized by three partnering associations – the Ontario Motor Coach Association (OMCA), the Ontario Public Transit Association (OPTA) and the Ontario School Bus Association (OSBA).
It was conceived as a unique opportunity for employees of companies that operate buses and for manufacturers/suppliers and others related to these industries, to get together and explore better ways of serving their transportation customers in the future.
Registration for the OTE Conference opens January 10, 2017.
Only online registrations will be accepted. Please use the links to the online form on this website to register.
Should you be unable to attend, a full and prompt refund, less a $50 administration charge, will be made for cancellations received up to and including March 17, 2017. On or after March 18, no refund will be available.
Business casual attire is the dress code for all OTE Conference events, including business sessions and networking receptions.
Your name badge is your admission to all of the various events, including the trade show, according to your registration category.
You are requested to wear your name badge at all times.
Transportation will be provided between the International Plaza Hotel and the International Centre on Tuesday, April 11, 2017. Schedules will be posted online and on signage at the hotel.
